Am I allowed to list a bottle for both swap and sale?
Is there a delivery fee for swaps?
Yes. There is a single, flat delivery fee per swap transaction as per the delivery price schedule.
Will I be charged if the bottle I have swapped for fails the inspection process?
If a bottle you are swapping with fails inspection, you will be notified immediately. You can then choose one of two options:
- Relist: We can hold your bottle for a period of your choosing and relist it for a future swap.
- Return: We will return the bottle to you and refund both the commission and the delivery fee to your nominated account.
What if the bottle I want is worth more than mine?
No problem! You can offer a “cash plus bottle” trade. Just specify the top-up amount you are willing to pay when filling out the form in the Swap section.
